Coffee Combat's Parkinson's Disease.

Coffee Combat's Parkinson's Disease.

Another Healthful Hand From Coffee.

It's no secret that coffee has a huge benefit on our health when we consume it regularly and in moderation, and right now we've only scratched the surface on everything it can help us with.

Now another mysterious discovery has been found once again in Europe, where many different universities have teams dedicated to the study of coffee and its affects for a wide variety of tests performed by the talented teams in that Coffee consumption of three 8oz cups a day or more can actually help combat Parkinson's Disease.

They new study shows that due to how coffee affects the brain, an observation scientists are all too familiar with, we can now use it to bookmark and study how it interacts with Parkinson's and help us to better understand the disease and how it affects the human mind.

Coffee increases the brain's dopamine levels while Parkinson's decreases it, and this study along with others now shows that it is very likely that avid coffee drinkers will experience a lower risk of ever getting the disease.

There is sadly, no proof at this time that your coffee consumption will help if you already have the disease, but prevention is always the best cure, so let's grab those mugs and keep the coffee coming!
